Our Senior Home Care Service Packages
Two hours per week of personalized in-home care are included in the monthly rent to give our residents a little extra boost to their daily lives. Specialized therapies and other supports are available at an additional cost. It’s part of creating a nurturing environment for enhanced quality of life.
Companion Care Services
The 2 hours of home care a week included in the monthly rent include these supportive services:
- Meal prep
- Light housekeeping
- Bed making
- Laundry
- Garbage disposal
- Shopping
- Socialization and/or escorts to community functions
- Medication reminders
- Transport to physician appointments (additional charges after 10 miles)
- Observation and reporting of changes in condition and/or ability
- Assistive device cleaning
- Pet care/walking
Personal Care Services
Those requiring more assistance can take advantage of the following for an additional fee:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Oral care
- Morning/night assistance
- Ambulation
- Transfer
- Toileting
- Incontinence care
- Assisted dining
- Vital sign monitoring
- Skincare (prevention only)

Concierge Services
Wellness and peace of mind services are billed at an hourly rate over the combined 2 hours per week:

- Nutritional counseling (fees paid directly to nutritionist)
